Therefore, you can make an informed decision on how much you are willing to spend on repair work and how much to budget.

 

The information received from the property survey may also be used for negotiation purposes. For instance, you may negotiate a further 10,000€ below the property price if the survey report finds that you will spend 10,000€ on repairs.

Quand le rapport sera-t-il prêt ?

Il faut compter entre 3 et 5 jours ouvrables pour produire et livrer le rapport une fois l'enquête terminée. Ce délai peut varier en fonction de l'état de la propriété, de sa taille et de la charge de travail de l'expert.
